The company's main business is automatic packaging, filling equipment and marking traceability system research& development and design, in addition, application promotion and product import&export, with self-import and export rights. In 2015, the company passed the certification of ISO 9001 quality management system, and was supported by Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Fund.

2010.12  Shanghai Yinma Marking Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

2011.09  The company registered trademark "Yinma" and was approved.

2012.09  Baodong Shen, CEO of the company, was appointed as an adjunct professor at Shanghai University.

2013.11  Yinma won the “Top Ten Famous Brands of Inkjet Printers” by HC Network.

2014.07  Yinma's two laser machine patents were authorized by the National Patent Office.

2014.07  Yinma obtains export authorization.

2015.06  Yinma passed ISO9001 quality system certification.

2015.09  Yinma received support from Shanghai SME Innovation Fund.

2016       Yinma began cooperation with Shanghai University and Donghua University.

2017.11   Yinma completed equity restructuring.

2017.12    Yinma was listed on the Technology & Innovation Board of Shanghai Equity Custody Trading Center (Yinma Marking, code: 300192)

 Yinma product after-sales service policy

    Yinma provides a one-year free warranty and lifetime service for the whole machine or project of the inkjet printer, traceability system and other products .

1. For products that implement the domestic market price (FOB), Yinma Company is only responsible for domestic delivery, installation and commissioning, training, etc. For the inkjet coding equipment, laser equipment, etc.  Yinma will provide telephone guidance oversea. Accessories can enjoy domestic prices, but the freight is self-care.
2. For the direct-exporting coding equipment, yinma services shall be implemented in accordance with the terms of service agreed by both parties.
3. If foreign customers need, Yinma can provide overseas services. The fee is: USD 150/day + transportation fee + travel expenses.
4. The accessories required for equipment maintenance shall be charged according to domestic maintenance standards.

    Shanghai Yinma Logo Co., Ltd. (formerly: Shanghai Yinma Logo Technology Co., Ltd.), since its establishment, has continuously attracted talents through equity incentives and other policies. At present, the company has more than 100 employees, including more than 20 management personnel and 16 R&D teams.
